We first met Brian Patterson through the renovation of our first home more than ten years ago. At the time we had to deal with many contractors from plumbers to electricians. Brian was given a difficult problem to solve converting a small kitchen into an integrated large kitchen/ family room. Unlike others who tried Brian came up with an innovative, creative, unique design which looks stunning. We love the large, spacious kitchen which flows beautifully into the family room. We found Brian to be very pleasant to deal with, a lateral thinker who listened to our brief and had a friendly, positive manner.

We met Brian and Brett through the “Grand Designs” exhibition at Darling Harbour last year. Jenny was quite intrigued by his ideas and proposals. We had never heard of a “kitchen broker” before and we were very interested to see how it would work.
Brian came to our house and measured the kitchen area. He took photos and listened and spoke to us at length about our requirements leaving us with some suggestions and ideas for us to consider.
When he came back a week or so later, we were very impressed with the professionalism of his design, drawings and Cad Cam representations.
In early April the old kitchen was stripped out and we were off and running. Throughout the renovation Brian and Brett were incredibly supportive, any concerns or changes that we needed to make along the way were listened to and accommodated. There was always open, helpful and friendly discussion with the trades people involved and they kept the mess and disruption to a minimum.
We are absolutely delighted with the finished result, having gained an enormous amount of space, functional storage, beautiful finishes and a kitchen that works with ease.
Brian and Brett were a pleasure to work with and the trades people they recommended all did a first class job. We highly recommend them.

I am writing to say a huge thank you for making one of the most stressful, decision laden areas of building a home such an easy pleasure.  Your expertise in designing a functional yet stylish kitchen was second to none, however it was the supply and co-ordination of the other trades that really made it an easy process. We appreciated that you were always available to come to site and check the work of your suppliers, and the joiner and benchtop company did such a beautiful job on the kitchen that we used them throughout the rest of our home – in the bathrooms, robes, etc.  The money you saved us with the quotes from your suppliers more than covered your fees so we definitely came out ahead by using The Kitchen Broker.  We couldn’t be happier with the service you provided and have recommended you to all our friends!
